Norfolk Harborfest 2009: Scenes from Downtown Norfolk

From Norfolk, VA: The city of Norfolk, Virginia comes alive for the yearly harbor party dubbed Harborfest. The 2009 event took place from July 3rd to July 5th and featured a few tall ships, live music, and thousands of visitors to Downtown Norfolk. The event was moved to July to coincide with the opening of Town Point Park. One of the new features of the park is a dancing fountain, which is briefly shown in the video.
